As a licensed broker, we act as an expert center and coordinator. It is important to understand that we are not the ultimate executors, but rather ensure the organization and support of the transaction.

Specifically, we are not:

An Issuer or Monetizer, creating and working with financial instruments.

A Fund Manager or Trader, directly managing trading operations and capital.

REM's role is to use our extensive experience and international network to provide our clients with access to verified and reliable counterparties, conduct a comprehensive assessment of the offer, and structure the entire transaction in their interests. Our experience covers the entire industry, which allows us to act as your qualified partner at every stage of the process.
